We are not dealing with hardened criminals.
These are men and women who have been arrested for exercising their First Amendment right to assemble, speak freely, and advocate for change.
Many of those arrested for protesting are our friends, neighbors, family members, and loved ones. They are those who are on the front lines fighting for a better future for this generation and the next.
While you may not be directly affected by the cause, be assured that it does affect you. Racism, homophobia, sexism, police brutality, and the war on poverty tear at the fabric of our society.
