DR. RICHARD LOUIS
Experience
Dr. Richard Louis is the Student Services Manager, as well as an adjunct professor, at Broward College. He teaches courses such as Training & Development, Entrepreneurship, and Applied Organizational Behavior & Leadership.
Dr. Louis’ published doctoral dissertation title was “The Relationship Between Recidivism Rates and Post-Release Employment.”
In the course of a more than 25-year career, Dr. Louis has held numerous leadership positions in education, non-profits, and criminal justice reform advocacy.
He is a member of The African American Advisory Council of the City of Hollywood, Florida and is also the founder and president of the consulting firm, Springfield Heights Associates.
Dr. Louis served as the Chairperson of the Board of Directors in 2020. And is currently the Vice-Chairperson.
Dr. Louis hosts the Second Chance Coaching Podcast which can be found on multiple platforms, including Apple Podcasts, Amazon, Pandora, and PodBean.
