I am currently the Student Services Manager as well as an adjunct professor at Broward College teaching courses such as Training & Development, Entrepreneurship, and Applied Organizational Behavior & Leadership.

My published doctoral dissertation title was “The Relationship Between Recidivism Rates and Post-Release Employment.”

In the course of a more than 25-year career, I have held numerous leadership positions in education, non-profits, and criminal justice reform advocacy.

I am a member of The African American Advisory Council of the City of Hollywood, Florida and am also the founder and president of the consulting firm, Springfield Heights Associates.
