The majority of individuals who are arrested in Broward County are represented by the Public Defender’s Office. Due to an office that is understaffed, underfunded, and overburdened, clients are sometimes unable to receive the attention they are entitled to.
Those not represented by the Public Defender must pay thousands of dollars for a private attorney. There are no other options …until now.

We ensure that attorneys have the time to meet with clients prior to offering them cases.
We are NOT a law firm. We are a non-profit legal referral service that matches volunteer attorneys with those in need of criminal defense services.
