Apply for Legal Assistance
Starting April 6, 2026, all individuals seeking legal assistance will be required to pay a non-refundable application fee. The application fee pays for determination of qualification for the requested service under current Florida law. Payment does not guarantee that you will qualify for services or that you will receive an attorney.
The application fee is $25 per service requested.
